    This is an intaglio print. An intaglio is an official reprint of a banknote or treasury note. These are reprinted by the Bureau of Engraving and Printing, and are completely legal to possess. They are not legal tender and do not contain a serial number. The Bureau of Engraving and Printing used the original press plates to make the intaglios, so they are authentic reprints.
    These intaglios are authenticated, professionally graded by PCGS and are sealed inside anti-counterfeiting sleeves, so you know they are genuine. Intaglios have become scare and very few are available. Graded ones are even more rare.
