    Booklet features the story of 'Clumps', written by Sophie Swett.  Who describes Clumps as a 'Queer Looking Subject - in a hat that would have completely extinguished him if he had not possessed remarkedly large ears'.
    In addition to the story are testimonials from satisfied patients, all dated in the 1880's.
    Inside the back cover is promotion for Piso's Remedy For Catarrah.
    Back cover includes two additional testimonials from patients dated 1885.
