    A super attractive 1974 Bureau of Engraving and Printing Souvenir Card featuring a
    Block of Four 15 Cent Universal Postal Union Stamps from 1949.
    (B-28). These beautiful Intaglio Steel Plate Engravings represent the Art and Beauty of our early United States Paper Money. Souvenir Cards depict a large part of America's History and Values, at a fraction of what the original piece of Paper Money would cost. Perfect for framing, or to be given as wonderful gifts. Unfortunately the Bureau of Engraving and Printing (B.E.P.) and the American Bank Note Co (ABNCo) no longer issue Souvenir Cards for numismatic events as they once did. and can now only be acquired on the secondary market. This Souvenir Card was issued at the
    1974 MILCOPEX, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
