Antique ~ Mourning ~ Miniature portrait ~ in velvet case ~ Velvet case opens to reveal a hand painted lovers eye on one side , under glass cover and its monogrammed on other side ( looks like KSIS atleast it looks to be like that ) ~ On top of handpainted eye glass there is a lock of hair and ribbon saying LOVE (hand embroidered ) ~ Portrait has a signature , looks like C Derhikowski . Dates late 19th century to early 20th century Materials : velvet case hand painted lovers eye hair lock silver monogrammed panel Measures : 3 1/4 inches x 3 1/2 inches x 1/2 inches outer depth . Weighs 100 grams on my weighing scale. Condition : Overall in good antique condition with minor age related wear ~ Outer cover velvet need light cleaning ~ No crack to the glass cover ~ No damage to the painted eye ~ Velvet case opens and closes securely .
