ANTIQUE QUACK MEDICAL THE NEW NO. 4 D.D. HOME MEDICAL APPARATUS VINTAGE ORIGINAL

Description

This is an early 1900s #4 D.D. home medical electropathic apparatus. This was a popular electrical "quack" device back in the early 1900s. This device originally ran on a dry cell battery stored in the bottom of the box which is not included. Original box appears to be mahogany with upper and lower lids that open. there is a copper divider between the 2 compartments.  This includes hand electrodes, conducting cords with electrode tips,  one of the origin 2 original sponge attachments,  3 insulating wood handles, 1 foot plate. This has a very detailed instruction label under the lid and its original price. very cool old quack display item. steampunk curiosity.
