For offer is this decent 1940 British silver one Shilling piece featuring the bust of a King George VI on the obverse and British crest on the reverse. This coin is in above average condition (looks to be in Fine+/Very Fine) with no major detracting marks. There’s some toning on the surfaces, particularly in/around lettering and devices. Particulars are: KM Catalog# 853; reeded edge; approximately 23.5mm in diameter; contains .0909 troy ounce of pure silver.This month's offerings include a mixture of worldwide and U.S. coins, medals, stamps and whatever else falls out of the closet.
