Normal install of OEM part is between 3 and 8 hours of work, depending on how many minivan doors you have assembled.
This will fix your power lock problem quickly.  Most feedback has been about an hour start to finish.
Buy a 2nd one for a discount to have on-hand when the other door lock fails.
If you are only looking for the electrical wiring instructions they can be purchased and immediately downloaded for .  Look at the link in the description on the youtube video.
This kit requires the manual lock to be working.  If the actuator seized up and the lock cannot be moved try opening up the door panel and put some force on the linkage rod, same direction the manual lock would be pushing/pulling it.  If you get it to move freely this kit will stop the overtravel of the original actuator by disconnecting the motor.
If this helps you out but you don't buy parts from me you can still buy say thanks and "leave a tip in the jar".  I might have saved you around 3-6 hours of your time and effort and the ability to do this job without a helper to hold the window up, grab bolts, and hold door pieces in place for reassembly.  That (or more if you feel your free time is worth it) link is also in the youtube description.
