Green Jasperware Vase with Monkey and Storks

Description

Looks like green jasperware vase with a monkey on one side and storks on the reverse.  Hand painted. The lip and base have gold painted trim. The white areas are translucent. Measures about 7 1/4 inches tall.
The white areas sparkle like salt crystals.
It was cast with a two piece mold. The seam line can be felt inside. The seam on the outside has been smoothed without trying too hard to match the texture.
The painting is exceptional but the finish work of the pottery isn't high quality.
No idea where this was made or how old it is. No maker marks.
There is a chip on the base on the stork side. The gold paint at the top has some wear.
