CONDITION:
The panels have never been used, but due to warehousing/transportation conditions there are some gouges and/or scratches in the body of the panel. Some panels may have defective zippers as well, which connect the panel sections together, but have no effect on performance or operation of the system. We will include a free repair tool and plug kit to repair any leaks that may occur.

WHAT SIZE SYSTEM DO I NEED?
The most relevant aspect of sizing a system is based on the square footage of your pool. We typically recommend anywhere from 50%-100% solar panel to pool square foot coverage based on a number of different variables including, weather, shade, install direction, wind, climate region, performance expectations, etc. For example, if your pool is 500 square feet, then 50% coverage would be 250 square feet of panels, 75% coverage would be 375 square feet of panels, etc. From there it is selecting a panel size that fits your installation area. NOT ALL MATERIALS ARE CREATED EQUAL:
Unmodified polypropylene has a high rate of degradation from UV exposure. Sunlight breaks down the plastic and weakens it, a serious problem for a solar collector as its very nature is to collect as much sunlight as possible. Each absorber plate of a Solar Pool Supply collector is made from a propylene copolymer with synergistic antioxidants and UV screen including carbon black. These special additives, coupled with state-of-the art manufacturing techniques, substantially increase the material’s resistance to UV light. These are vital components toward creating a collector able to withstand the harsh conditions of a roof-top for years to come.
UNIVERSAL FIT
: Compatible with ANY solar pool heating system containing a round 2” I.D. header and makes attachments with a rubber coupling!
PERFORMANCE
: A direct, metered manifold delivers a balanced flow throughout the collector and prevents hot-spots. A tube-and-web design allows for normal expansion and contraction, extending service life (also today’s highest performing design).
GUARANTEED
: Each panel is guaranteed to be free from manufacturer defects, withstand the effects of freezing weather and will not fail from corrosion or scale deposits in the walls of its water passages (10-year limited).

Fasten solar collectors with polyester hold-down strapping, keeping them secure.
Make water connections to and from each collector.
Make water connections to the systems’ supply and return plumbing lines.
