Jean-Charles Brosseau, for the fragrance "Ombre Bleue" (c.1987)
It’s supposed to resemble a Lalique type of bottle with the raised relief design like their Femmes pattern was. It does not have perfume in it. It’s been filled with water. It is meant to be a replica giant bottle of perfume for department store display. See all photos! It’s 11” at the top of the frosted stopper and 9” tall at top bottle spout.
Factice is an advertising store display bottle that is lent to a perfume vendor (department stores) by the perfume house and are not meant for retail sale. ... The bottles are exact replicas of the normal perfume bottles.
