ISS Zvezda Core module Mir-2 Orientation Liquid Fuel Engine 11D428A with Valve Assembly.     It was originally intended for the Mir-2 space station, but when this project was cancelled after the fall of the Soviet Union, it was amalgamated into the ISS instead. The height of the engine is 12.5”. The similar assembly was plan to use for new generation spacecraft Kliper.
