    A Pair of Confederate #7 with a black "ORANGE C. H. Va. ['Jany 13' in manuscript]" on a small cover addressed to "Mrs. Alverda Hornshall, Cranberry Plains, Carroll Co., Virginia."  Scarce and desirable destination into Western Virginia.  Roughly opened on flap.  Stamp hinge mounting remnants.
