    Description

    VINTAGE Cast Iron Hanging Monkey Hooks Crescent Moon Planter Japanese USED
    With patina - USED.
    Cast iron planter (or whatever you desire) in the shape of a crescent moon and two 6" hanging monkeys to hang the planter. The moon has blades of ornamental grasses on one side.
    With patina.
    The crescent moon measures 6" x 6", it is 1 3/4" wide. The secure hook at the top is 1".
    All 3 pieces are cast iron - the total weight is 1 lb, 14 ounces.
    Previous one owner who lived in Japan for four years during the late 1950's. It hung outside in a protected area for at least 20 years, maybe more.
    It's charming and fun. A flower frog can be inserted for a traditional Japanese Ikebana arrangement. Perfect for vining/trailing plants in a small pot or soil.
